What Is This, Exactly?

Girls to Goddesses is a 7 week mentorship and empowerment circle for girls ages 14–18, designed to nurture self-love, inner confidence, and healthy connection through:

    •    Weekly 90-minute small group sessions on Zoom

  •  A 2 day in person gathering on week 5 at The Journey Space, in Glen Echo MD

Think of it as part life skills, part leadership lab, and a heart-centered space for building authentic, meaningful relationships with self and others

Safety & Professionalism First

We don’t take your trust lightly. Here’s what you can count on:

    •    Experienced and qualified facilitators, trauma-informed, and trained in youth mentorship, emotional regulation, and group dynamics.

    •    Group Size & Ratios: Circles are capped at 10  girls per facilitator to ensure everyone feels seen and supported.

    •    Confidentiality & Boundaries:   All participants will be asked to agree to a set of group agreements, thoughtfully designed to uphold confidentiality and create a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved.

    •    Parent Communication: You’ll receive weekly updates after each session, and always have access to us for questions or concerns.

 Is This Therapy?

No. Girls to Goddesses is not clinical therapy. It’s a coaching and empowerment program, best suited for teens who are emotionally ready and curious about growing, exploring, and connecting. It complements—not replaces—mental health support.

While we offer tools to help girls better understand their emotions, needs, and inner world, we do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Our goal is to provide supportive education, not clinical intervention.

What If My Daughter’s Not Into This Stuff?

Totally normal. Many girls arrive apprehensive—and leave lit up.  We designed this program to be inviting, encouraging,  and inclusive.  We meet them where they are.

Still unsure? Schedule a 15-minute discovery call with our team by sending a request through the contact us form to schedule.

What do you mean by the term "Goddess"We use the term goddess as a symbolic archetype – not as a deity, but as a principle representing the highest form of feminine power within each girl. Across cultures, goddesses embody sovereignty, creativity, resilience, inner knowing, healing, and deep authenticity.
